Financial Transparency: Where the money comes from, and where it goes
Short answers to four questions every patient asks before trusting us.
Do I pay CancerCareE?
No. Reading our content, comparing centers, and asking for an introduction are free for you.
If you take a video consultation with a hospital, its cost goes directly to that hospital — not to CancerCareE.
We don't collect money for treatment, and we don't take a percentage of the cost of treatment.
Where does CancerCareE's income come from?
CancerCareE has one source of income: a fee for introducing you.
When we introduce you to a hospital or a medical-travel company with your consent, that center may pay us a fee for that introduction.
The center pays this fee — not you. The center also sets the treatment price itself.
Before any financial decision, get a written quote directly from the center.
Does this relationship affect what you tell me?
No. A fee for introducing you is not medical advice and is not an endorsement of any center's clinical quality.
Our scientific content is based on published sources. The order in which centers are shown does not depend on the fee paid.
If we receive and publish photos, videos, or other content from a center, we label that content as "Provided by the center/partner."
Our list of centers is not complete. A center that is not on our site is not necessarily weaker than one that is.
Where does your role end?
We don't provide medical services. We don't diagnose and we don't decide treatment.
An introduction is not medical advice. Evaluation, acceptance, and treatment are the responsibility of the center itself.
After the introduction, CancerCareE does not manage hospital payments, treatment decisions, or your travel arrangements.
