Create your private coordination group
We create a private WhatsApp group for you: you, CancerCareE, and the international coordinator of the hospitals that fit your situation. Your phone number is visible only inside that group. You can leave at any time. We never charge patients.
Quick Answer
CancerCareE is an independent patient information platform. We help patients and families understand treatment pathways — including whether treatment may be available at or near home — before making any decision. We do not provide medical care, do not diagnose disease, and do not recommend specific treatments. Our role is to organize publicly available information and, only at the patient's request, connect them with the coordinating partner for their destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is CancerCareE?
CancerCareE is an independent patient information platform. We help patients and families understand treatment pathways — including whether treatment may be available at or near home — and, at the patient's request, connect them with the coordinating partner for their destination. We are not a hospital, not a medical provider, and not a travel agency.
Does CancerCareE charge patients?
No. CancerCareE does not charge patients for information or for creating a coordination group. CancerCareE may receive a referral fee from the hospital that the patient chooses. Details are available on the Financial Transparency page.
Does the questionnaire send my answers anywhere?
No. Your answers stay in your browser while you complete the questionnaire. Nothing is sent to CancerCareE or anyone else until you choose to contact us using the form below.
Do you ask for medical records?
No. We do not ask for medical records. If you choose to create a coordination group, you will share your medical file yourself, directly with the hospital team, later.
Can CancerCareE guarantee treatment outcomes?
No. No ethical organization can guarantee medical outcomes. We provide structured information and, on request, an introduction to the coordinating partner for your destination. All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians.
What if my situation is complex or unclear?
Some situations need a human review before we suggest anything — for example, unclear diagnosis, rare cancers, or cases where eligibility cannot be judged from a short form. In those cases, we will tell you that the next step is a review, not an automatic suggestion.
